Omniderm is a leading importer and distributor of Natural bio cosmetics through the global brands of Dr. Spiller and Herbal Aktiv Peel. As an expanding business Omniderm needed an IT strategy to be aligned and supporting of business growth and scalability.
RedBear IT provided a recommended path forward that would support required scale and efficiency as the business expanded.
What we did?
We provided a system assessment and evaluation on existing and proposed environments to objectively assess recommend, and prove infrastructure options that could be deployed to support the new application in the region. This populated business case development and informed decision making processes resulting in a better use of capital.
