The COVID-19 pandemic is resulting in significant concern and uncertainty in our communities and globally. RedBear want to reassure our customers that the security of your environments remains our top priority today and every day. We are fully operational and are available to respond to your security and business continuity needs as this situation evolves.

Keeping our team safe

We are following guidance from the World Health Organisation, state and federal governments and other public health organisations. As a Cloud native organisation, we have always been setup to work from any location at any time. At this stage we have not closed our office. We have implemented restricted travel for our staff and are encouraging working from home as required. We have also implemented a policy of self-isolation should any sign of flu-like symptoms appear. This applies to both team members and their immediate family members. To date, none of our team are in isolation.

We have taken steps to ensure continuous service delivery. Our established secure remote working practices enables our staff to communicate and collaborate. This applies to collaboration with both our teams and our customers while maintaining our existing security and operational controls.

Managed Services

It is business as usual during COVID-19 for our managed services. We will continue to service our customers who rely on us to help manage the security of their environments. We will also continue to have our team in place to provide you with the security services you need whilst protecting the integrity of your data.

Professional services

Even with limited travel and operating remotely, we will continue to deliver the services you need. The majority of our professional services engagement project management discussions are already being delivered remotely through video & phone conferencing, and remote access tools. If we need to make any changes to an existing engagement, we will contact you to discuss options. Similarly, if you need to discuss any changing arrangements from your end, please get in contact.
